The model for this cuff bracelet was made using manipulated wax, which was then cast in silver. I think it looks like a milky way or like something a star traveler might wear. I enjoy making these somewhat unconventional pieces as a way to take a break from the more traditional wax sculpting methods I normally employ when making most of my wax models.
The cuff is cast solid in recycled Sterling Silver. It can be adjusted by gently squeezing or pulling to fit your wrist.
I had the original molded, so if you would like one of these cast in a different precious metal (10k, 14k, 18k -yellow, white, or rose gold) please contact me for a price and timing.
