This sterling silver hammered lightning bolt pendant is hung on a hand-dyed and sewn light blue rolled silk cord with 2 faceted sterling silver beads tied at the ends. The lightning bolt measures approximately 4.4cm x 1 cm, and the cord is 91.5cm/36" long. The necklace can be worn in 2 ways (see listing photos).
The Lightning Bolt symbolizes many things to people in different world cultures: honesty, fertility, strength, intellect, illumination..union of fire and water, power, swiftness, to name a few...To me, it symbolizes sudden divine inspiration, truth, and energy. I love this symbol!
