This striking Ankh Dagger is cast solid in 10k yellow gold and set with a flashing genuine Ethiopian Opal.
The one of a kind Ankh measures approximately 5.9 cm tall (not including bail) x 2.4 cm wide. The opal measures approximately 11.5mm high x 10mm wide x 3.5mm deep, and the stone's front face is hand polished (by me) to a point (the back face is faceted). The pendant weighs 5.3 grams.

The birthstone for October, Opal symbolizes the union of fire and water. It is thought to help one access their Higher Self, to enhance personal power & self-esteem, and to bestow charm & charisma upon its wearer. Said to be a stone of communion, revelation, and vision, some believe it may also help to promote love & understanding.
Opal is a fragile stone and can chip and break if handled roughly or dropped. Opal jewelry should be cleaned only with mild soap in warm water and can be rubbed gently with a soft toothbrush or cloth. Bleach, chemicals, and cleaners should be avoided.
This is a decorative dagger pendant and while the blade is not sharpened, it is pointy and some care should be taken while wearing it. Please remove pendant before sleeping and please note that this pendant is not suitable for children.

WOW This is an incredible ankh! Its made to perfection, the opal gives a very mystic/ magical appeal. It’s truly mesmerising! I cant help feeling like Im holding a museum artifact!
